Gluten Free Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce



I have some left over Tomato Sauce (Salsa di Pomodoro)  from Friday's  Spaghetti Salsa di Pomodoro Polpette Formaggio (Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce & Cheese Meat Balls)  I made Gluten Free Meatloaf   and added the left over sauce for the last half hour of cooking. I was delicious served with mashed potatoes and broccoli
