Thai Lime Vinaigrette

A tasty lightly spicy dressing for any crunchy fresh Asian Greens

  4        tablespoons  fresh lime juice
  6        tablespoons  olive oil
  1         tablespoon  toasted sesame oil
  1         tablespoon  light soy sauce
  1         pinch  brown sugar
  1         tablespoon  fresh ginger -- grated
  2         cloves  garlic -- minced
  2         teaspoons  Chinese sriracha hot Chili Sauce
  2         tablespoons  fresh cilantro -- finely chopped

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.

Will keep in fridge for two days.
