Pork Chops in Creamy Onion Gravy


Serves 4

4 1” pork chops
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon gf beef bullion granules
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons Cornstarch

Preheat oven to 350°F
Sear pork chops in a skillet with 1 tablespoons olive oil and remove from the pan and put in an oven proof baking pan.
To the skillet add the remaining olive oil to the skillet and then the onions, stir to pick up all of the flavour the meat left behind and continue sautéing until onions are golden. In a jar with a tight fitting lid add one cup milk and cornstarch, shake vigorously until blended. To the onions in the skillet add 1 cup of milk then the slurry from the jar, stir until mixture starts to thicken. Pour the sauce over cooked pork chops and bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake another 20
