Ground Beef with Candied Ginger and Hoisin Sauce

  3         tablespoon  orange juice
  1         tablespoon  cornstarch
  1         pound  lean ground beef
  1         tablespoon  sesame oil
  3         tablespoon  Faux Hoisin Sauce (Gluten Free) -- or any gluten free hoisin sauce
  2         tablespoon  candied ginger -- minced
  2         garlic cloves -- minced
  2         ribs  celery -- cut diagonally
  1         tablespoon  orange rind -- grated
  1         bunch  green onions -- chopped
  4         tablespoons  toasted sesame seeds
  3         cups  rice noodles -- cooked

Combine orange juice and cornstarch in small bowl and set aside.

Saute meat in large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through;
break up with a fork. Drain off excess fat, and set aside.

Add sesame oil to skillet and stir fry celery, ginger, garlic and orange
peel briefly.

Add green onions and stir fry 1 minute.

Return meat to skillet and add hoisin; stir until blended. Add orange
juice mixture and stir until thickened, about 1 minute.

Spoon onto rice or noodles, sprinkle with sesame seeds

Serve immediately with steamed Oriental vegetables.
