CREAMY TUNA CASSEROLE

CREAMY TUNA CASSEROLE

2 cups macaroni, gluten free
2 cans tuna in water, drained
casserole
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small onion, diced
2 cups sour cream, no fat
1 package frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
topping
1/2 cup corn flakes, gluten free, crushed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


Cook noodles as directed; drain. Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, spinach, onion, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper (to taste) in 3 quart casserole. Mix topping and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
